Good to know
How many tiles do I need?
Divide the total area you are tiling by the area of a single tile, then add 10-15% for cuts, breakages and future repairs. This calculator does the maths and rounds up to whole tiles and boxes for you.
How much extra tile should I buy for waste?
Add about 10% for straight layouts and 15% for diagonal or herringbone patterns and rooms with lots of cuts. The calculator includes an adjustable waste allowance.
