These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Decorva AI mobile application and related services (the “Service”), operated by Antmind Ventures Private Limited (“Antmind”, “we”, or “us”), the company behind antmind.ai. By downloading or using Decorva AI, you agree to these terms.
Using Decorva
Decorva lets you upload photos of a space and generate AI-assisted design concepts for interiors, exteriors, gardens, layouts, and styles. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service.
You agree to use Decorva only for lawful purposes and only with photos you own or have permission to use. You may not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that depicts other people without their consent.
Your content and generated images
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant Antmind a limited license to process those images solely to provide and improve the Service.
Generated images are provided for personal, non-commercial inspiration. Design concepts are illustrative and do not constitute architectural, structural, or professional design advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making structural changes or purchases.
Subscriptions and credits
Decorva offers free credits and optional paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, which you can manage in your device’s account settings.

Acceptable use
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the Service, circumvent usage limits, or use automated systems to access it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse free-trial credits.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Antmind is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Decorva, including decisions made based on generated designs.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of Decorva after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
