Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident trying Decorva AI, the AI design app from Antmind Ventures Private Limited (“Antmind”). This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for our subscriptions and credit packs.
Try before you pay
Every new account starts with free credits so you can generate real designs before deciding to subscribe. We recommend using them to make sure Decorva is right for you.
Billing and renewals
Paid subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not directly by Antmind. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours beforehand.
You can cancel anytime from your device: on iOS via Settings → your name → Subscriptions, and on Android via the Google Play Store → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Requesting a refund
You can request a refund within 5 days of your purchase, as long as you have not used any of the credits included with it. To request one, email us at support@decorva.app from (or mentioning) the account used to buy, along with the approximate purchase date - we will review and process eligible requests.
Because billing is handled by the Apple App Store and Google Play, some refunds are completed through the store. Where that applies, we will approve and help facilitate your request; you can also request store refunds directly at reportaproblem.apple.com (Apple) or play.google.com (Google Play).
Credit packs
Unused credit packs are refundable within 5 days of purchase - see “Requesting a refund” above. Once any of the credits have been used, the purchase is non-refundable except where required by law or in cases of a clear technical fault. Unused credits associated with a deleted account cannot be restored.
